| So excited to be up at 5:45 to meet the ladies at the corner at 6. We officially started our training plan for Hobblecreek and we were all feeling a bit more motivated to push. We finished our 4.5 miles in 46:31 which I felt great about (considering we had a short walk break after 2 miles and had to stop for a traffic light). | Add Comment |

| Had a hard time getting up and out the door this morning. The run was slow and labored. At about 3/4 of the of the mile my legs already felt heavy and tired. It was a LONG run, but glad it's done! | Add Comment |

| Started the run at 6:30am. It was a nice morning and after the first 2 miles the run felt great. I think it takes that long for my breathing to kick in and for my body to realize what it needs to do. Came home to a breakfast of doughnuts and chocolate milk - yum!! | Add Comment |

| Woke up this morning wishing that it was still raining so that I could go back to sleep - no such luck. Felt like we were really pushing today, so we were all disappointed to see our time didn't reflect the effort we were giving - frustrating. | Felt like I was going to die this morning. I just don't understand why it isn't getting any easier????? Feels good to have it over with. We (Laurie, Jodi and I) are going to help out at the Bluffdale Days race on Saturday and run the 10K for our training run - hope it's fun! | Add Comment |

| Was really slow this morning, but somehow feel okay about it since I'm recovering from my bout with the flu on Saturday. Today is the only day this week that I will be able to run with the group. I will now have to go down and dust off my treadmill to get the rest of my miles in. | Add Comment |

| Husband had to be to work early, so I wasn't able to go outside. I must admit that I really did NOT enjoy my time on the treadmill this morning. | Glad I was able to meet the ladies this morning for our LONG run! We had planned on doing a 6 mile route, but half way through realized we were going to come up short, so we came up with a road to add on at the end and then realized we were going to be over our 6 miles. We finished the 6.8 miles in 1:07:23, which we all felt good about. We had to stop at several intersections, but never walked - which we usually do at some point for a block or so. | Husband had to be to work early, so I had to run on the treadmill. The kids weren't super cooperative so I had to stop and deal with them a couple times. I wore my new shoes and they felt pretty good, I think it will take a couple more times to really get used to them. | A beautiful morning to be out running. Only 3 of the 5 made it out this morning, but I was glad I was able to go. We kept a pretty good pace - all at or under 10 minute miles. Need to do some toning at some point this morning. | Add Comment |

| A very slow and not very comfortable run. I wore my new shoes and got a blister - definitely need to go buy some insoles for them. Really the only good thing about the run was that I got it done and has some good laughs doing it. | Add Comment |

| We met at 6:30 this morning and went on a new route. I really liked it - down past sky park and the glenmore area. We finished the entire 7.2 miles in 1:07:02, which seems like a good pace. I felt good at the end and could have gone further which is good to know. | Comments(1) |
