| I have been so lazy in the running department lately. I'm finding it extremely hard to find the desire to run. Today, with 101 excuses NOT to run, I overcame the odds and actually got on the treadmill. It was not a peaceful run because my dear little children needed me several times and I had a phone call interrupt part way through. However, I finished the 5 miles and am happy to be able to log it and start the month of right. | Add Comment |

| What a great morning for a run. Met Jodi and Mauri at 6:15 and we headed out. I felt great the entire time. We kept a slow & steady pace so I never felt overly pushed. Happy to be outside and get in done. | Add Comment |

| Didn't get on the treadmill this morning. Decided I would wait for my hubby to get home and then run outside. However, he had different plans and so my running had to wait until I got the baby to bed and then it was on the treadmill. Had a hard time getting into it, the first mile seemed to take FOREVER, but after that it was okay. | Add Comment |

| Headed out on my own at 8:00 this morning. Dressed really warm and had snow for the first mile. At about 2 miles I got really hot and started taking of gloves, scarf and unzipping my jacket. Felt great! Loved running through the fallen leaves and enjoying the scenery and time to myself. I think it ended up just over 7 miles, but I'm not sure how much. | Okay, I was proud of myself for getting on the treadmill this morning. My plan was to go 5, but the kids were a little fussy which caused me to jump off a few times to help them. I really pushed on the 3rd mile and then my legs and desire just died. I completely walked the last mile. I'm not quire sure what happened, but at least I got something in today. | Add Comment |

| Ran the "Flat as a Pancake" 5K with Laurie, Jodi, Mauri and Kristy. Did NOT like the course at all - lots on grass and gravel - yuck! Really had to push, but wanted to be under 30:00 and was thrilled to make it. Not my worst and not my best, but okay. | Comments(1) |
