| On the treadmill once again. Decided to put it on an incline today - shocking to anybody that knows me and my huge dislike for any sort of hill. I could really feel it in my legs. Walked the last mile as a cool down - good workout. | Add Comment |

| Okay, I took a 10 day running break. Not for any real reason, just couldn't find any motivation to want to do it. This morning I told myself I had to get back to it because my pants are starting to get a little tight.
