After a 2 week break I have re-committed myself to running. I jumped on the treadmill today and did 4 miles. Felt better than I had expected, but it still wasn't pretty. Planning to hit 4 again tomorrow.
Went out to the corner at 7:00 and nobody ever came. So, I came home and waited for it to be a little lighter. Headed back out by myself a little after 8:00. Pushed myself up the long hill twice and made good time - feel great! :)
Talked with my sister-in-law last night and mentioned possibly doing the Utah Valley 1/2 marathon in June. She called this morning and is already signed up - I guess that means I'll be doing it to. I better get myself in gear and run a little more consistently.
