On the treadmill.  The kids totally cooperated today and I was able to have a great run.  Did mile #3 at a 9:45 pace = fast for me.  I'm really looking forward to being able to run outside this weekend.

Went to the corner at 7:00 this morning and was stood up.  I decided to go alone and do a repeat of the route I did last Saturday.  Felt great the entire time!!!  Really picked it up around mile 4 - it felt like I was going super fast.  Great weather for running, even got a few sprinkles during the first 2 miles.

Met Mauri at 7:00.  The weather was beautiful and it felt great to be outside running.  We did a little different route up passed the boys ranch.  Legs and breathing were good the whole time.

On the treadmill today.  Had to jump off a few times to help the baby, but not too bad.  Felt great the entire time = didn't push too hard!

In St. George for my 15 year high school reunion this weekend.  Had a great run with my mom this morning.  Started up at the Tuachaun entrance and ran home.  Had a wonderful visit - wish I had more morning like this!

Back on the treadmill.  Today was a little harder than I like, I think because I'm totally exhausted after the weekend's festivities.

It's getting harder and harder to get myself on the treadmill.  I took it easy on the first 2 miles and then really pushed on mile 3 (I think it averaged around 9:40).  Then I slowed it back down for the last 1.5.  Felt good the entire time and could have continued to finish 6 for the day, but the kids needed my attention.

Very slow today - my legs were feeling a bit tired.  Did some lunges/squats/pushup/abs mixed in with the running.  Was nice to change it up a bit!

Excited to get outside and run this morning.  Met Laurie and we decided to head north and try a different route, which was great.  At first I felt like I was going super fast (I must do a much slower start up on the treadmill) but after about a mile I felt pretty good.  Loved having someone to talk with and scenery besides my basement walls.  The last mile my legs started to get really tired.  So glad to have a great start to my day.

Missed yesterday and it was hard to get going this morning.  Told myself I was really going to push the speed on the 3rd mile, but it just didn't happen - oh well!  Did a little toning after.

Really not feeling in the mood to run today, but made myself do it anyway.  Started out a little faster than I have been and then was able to run the 2nd and 3rd miles at a faster pace.  Did some abs and pushups after.

REALLY NOT in the mood to run today!  I forced myself to get dressed and downstairs because I knew I'd feel guilty all day if I didn't.  However, I just couldn't find it in me to actually RUN.  So, instead I did a programmed workout of walking with various speed and inclines - I did work up a sweat.  After the 30 minute program I did walking lunges to count as some toning.  Hopefully I'll have a good run on Saturday.

Met Jodi and Lauri this morning.  We decided to do a route we had found while training for the half.  It felt great to be with friends and on different roads.  Sprinted the last 150 yards - wow!

Missed running yesterday, so I was ready to get going this morning.  Told myself to just have an easy run - which is exactly what I did.  Started nice and slow.  Felt so good 2 miles in that I made a mental plan to run 6.  However, my husband took my fan to work for a lesson and it got super hot, so I stopped at 5.5.
