| Went to the corner at 7:00 this morning and was stood up. I decided to go alone and do a repeat of the route I did last Saturday. Felt great the entire time!!! Really picked it up around mile 4 - it felt like I was going super fast. Great weather for running, even got a few sprinkles during the first 2 miles. | Comments(1) |

| It's getting harder and harder to get myself on the treadmill. I took it easy on the first 2 miles and then really pushed on mile 3 (I think it averaged around 9:40). Then I slowed it back down for the last 1.5. Felt good the entire time and could have continued to finish 6 for the day, but the kids needed my attention. | Add Comment |

| Excited to get outside and run this morning. Met Laurie and we decided to head north and try a different route, which was great. At first I felt like I was going super fast (I must do a much slower start up on the treadmill) but after about a mile I felt pretty good. Loved having someone to talk with and scenery besides my basement walls. The last mile my legs started to get really tired. So glad to have a great start to my day. | Add Comment |

| REALLY NOT in the mood to run today! I forced myself to get dressed and downstairs because I knew I'd feel guilty all day if I didn't. However, I just couldn't find it in me to actually RUN. So, instead I did a programmed workout of walking with various speed and inclines - I did work up a sweat. After the 30 minute program I did walking lunges to count as some toning.
