REALLY NOT in the mood to run today! I forced myself to get dressed and downstairs because I knew I'd feel guilty all day if I didn't. However, I just couldn't find it in me to actually RUN. So, instead I did a programmed workout of walking with various speed and inclines - I did work up a sweat. After the 30 minute program I did walking lunges to count as some toning. Hopefully I'll have a good run on Saturday. |
