| I really didn't want to run today and made a lot of excuses not to, but in the end my guilt won out and I found my way to the treadmill. My plan to run 5 or until the baby woke up which ever came first. It was a LONG run (didn't really enjoy any of it) and I made it to 5 miles and then almost instantly the baby woke up - perfect timing! Glad to have it done. | Add Comment |

| Can I just say that I LOVE running in St. George. Went out with my mom and her friend this morning. We started out up in Kayenta and then ran through Ivins and to Santa Clara. It was beautiful! There's nothing quite like the smell after rain in St. George - wonderful! So happy to have reached 6 miles today - a record since my pregnancy. | Add Comment |

| Had a wonderful Easter/Spring Break weekend in St. George with family. It's hard to be back in the "real world" today. Got the boys' off to preschool and the baby down for a nap and put in 4 miles on the treadmill. Wore my new shoes (my birthday gift from Matt and the boys). They felt good, but different. | Had a quick trip to St. George for the weekend to judge a dance competition. After all that sitting my legs were in serious need of a workout. Did 4 miles on the treadmill and felt great. Started picking up the pace a bit, which is nice to see. | Add Comment |
