Jumped on the treadmill today while the twins were at preschool and the baby napped. I knew I needed to be a little speedier than normal so I pushed myself and my legs are really feeling it now. I was happy to have 4 solid miles in today and hope to do that again on Thursday. It's hard and often frustrating to be rebuilding the mileage, but I'm just happy to be back among the running.

You did great today. Wait to sneak that run in when you could and you even did over 4 miles, more than you planned! I sent that book home with Jody, loved it, going to order it so I can have a sleeping baby like yours!
