I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6 Anasazi w/ Chipmunk. Decent run that left me a little tight.
pm--5 Sidewinder for the climb. Even w/ most of 2 weeks off, I think I'll hit my 2k this month.
I finished Green Grass, Running Water by Thomas King. It's a bundle of stories mixed with myth.
pm--4 Truncated Anasazi. Decent feeling in the legs.
pm--5.75 Rim Trail fun. It was overcast and a bit chilly but fun. I enjoy the trails.
pm--5.25 Anasazi w/ a little push the last 10 minutes. It felt good. Loving the trails and loving the core work I'm doing.
pm--5.75 Anasazi w/ partial chipmunk. Ended w/ the elevation gain of the beast. Think the last time I did this route the same thing happened.
