am--5 Green Valley Loop. Felt okay on the morning of a biggish day. I also finished another detective novel, The Lauhing Policeman by Maj Sjöwall and Per Wahlöö.
am--5.75 River trail w/ my buddy while his car was getting serviced. Slower than other runs lately, but it was a nice end to a good week. We also saw the Quinns and Mia.
