| | am--3.75 DI/Weights/BK. Feeling peppy due to the sub-70 degree temperature. RHR--49.
pm--7.25 Looped out to Hell Hole. It was a fun run despite the afternoon sun. Fun group of girls. Lucky we didn't go to the pond. Would've caught giardia.

| | am--5.5 DI/Neighborhood/Running Center. Another cooler morning. That's one thing I look for ward to the most with the coming of fall. Group ended up running in classes--seniors, juniors, sophomores. Just worked out that way. RHR--50.
pm--3(?) set up the course for the workout and hit the home stretch on each repeat. The kids were hammering in the heat. It was fun to watch.

| | am--3.5 DI/Weights/Harts. Felt a little rusty at the beginning of the run, but weights seemed to perk up my body. Imagine that. RHR--48.
pm--5.25 Out-and-back towards Target. Fun group. I've noticed my legs go about one speed, regardless of the fatigue level.

| | am--4 DI/Neighborhood. Not much to say other than I'm dragging a little because my sleep was restless last night. RHR--52.
pm--5.25 Reverse fire station. The run didn't go as planned w/ multiple lightning breaks. Our administration takes weather warnings very seriously.

| | pm--5.5 Some Tready. I didn't run until later, after the SUU Invite and a ward party. The meet went well. Our kids really battled. I see better days. RHR--49.
