am--5.5 DI/Neighborhood/Running Center. Another cooler morning. That's one thing I look for ward to the most with the coming of fall. Group ended up running in classes--seniors, juniors, sophomores. Just worked out that way. RHR--50.
pm--3(?) set up the course for the workout and hit the home stretch on each repeat. The kids were hammering in the heat. It was fun to watch.
