am--6.25 Goid run on the Harmon's trail.
pm--2 Afternoon run.
am--6 Some tempo work w/ different groups. I ran w/ Emma on her longest run ever.
am--2.5 Shakeout this morning.
pm--4.5 Vibeyard w/ the boys. A little quicker than most runs recently, but it felt good.
am--2.25 Towards the Canyons w/ a good group. Decent amount of running together.
pm--5 SC Drive w/ a water stop. We got back just in the nick of time.
am--5.25 Hill circuits w/ the girls. Went pretty well. I'm excited to see where they are fitness wise on Wednesday.
am--5 Halfway Wash before the Color Run. Fun morning of team building.
