I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6.25 Around SC Heights w/ some increase of pace and 4x hill sprints.
am--5 Hill Circuits w/ the team.
pm--2.25 Afternoon double after the first full day back to work.
am--4.5 Course preview w/ some barefoot and 150s. My back is tight after the last few days of running.
am--5.5 Harmon's Trail w/ a bit of progression and hill sprints, except I didn't do hill sprints because my back was tight.
pm--2.5 Towards the fire station. Little cooler today.
pm--5 Laps on the indoor track during the run-a-thon. It's fun to see kids in a slightly different element.
am--6.75 Laps at CCHS and a cooldown w/ the homies. This season will be interesting. I'm not sure what to expect.
