I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6.5 BYU workout. It was fun to push w/ different groups. Felt decent.
am--4.5 Vineyard recovery run w/ a mixed group. Talked w/ James for most of it.
am--6 Hill Circuits near the Canyons. I like this type of work. One feels fulfilled after.
pm--2 Easy heat run up Warrior Way. Chatted about VWs.
am--5 Country Lane run w/ a nice chat w/ Andrew to finish.
pm--2 Double. I didn't feel great probably because I still had fresh lunch in my belly. I was able to chat w/ a mentor. That's always great.
am--4 Nice chill run w/ barefoot striders after.
pm--4 Road/trail w/ Tom. We didn't get out until later because of the time trial and another awesome event.
