I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6 Road to Paradise. Lots of excuses from people for some reason. I also finished The Snack Thief, another Camilleri novel.
am--6 Cutdown workout on the grass and kids camp after. I felt beat from all of that.
pm--2 Unseasonably cool afternoon run w/ the girls. I learned about raising steers and collecting rubber ducks.
am--4.5 Some miles before heading up north for a few things. Nice run w/ a crew.
am--3.5 Ran the entirety of the Beaver bike path. 'Twas good once I got my altitude breath.
am--5.75 Explored the Beaver Bench w/ bro-in-law. There are a lot of cool single-track trails up there. Fun stuff.
