JRP with Kellie and Karen at 5:30am. 57 degrees. We headed north for 9 miles (so hilly and felt like garbage), then headed south for the last 5 miles. I was really diligent on my fueling and salt pills. I felt REALLY good on the last 5 miles. Today is my 47th birthday.
Out/back on MCT - 63 degrees. I worked all day at USS and felt 1000% drained (physically and emotionally). I wanted to do some speedwork. Drinking fountain sprints, but didn't time. Just picked up my speed. Legs still felt heavy. At mile 5, I started to feel my left arch hurt. I took off my shoes, rubbed it and didn't tie my laces tight.
