Push-ups, pull-ups, planks and crunches. Hamstring, glute, hip flexor and hip exercises with ankle weights. Bodyweight squats and calf raises.
Easy pace. Legs tired and sore.
Easy pace, pavement and muddy dirt roads. Legs sore and tired from exercise, but also from working on the driveway for hours yesterday and the day before.
