Easy recovery jog, pavement and dirt.
Easy 3, pavement and dirt.
Warm and very humid, and the dirt roads were muddy. It was nine minutes slower, and much more difficult than the last time I ran this course. Exhausted after the run.
Easy 3. Still feeling very tired from long run two days ago.
