Out towards Payson and Just trying to keep the old legs as loose as possible. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 27:37, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.
Out to the T out past the stake center. My average pace was 9:14 with a total time of 31:48, I forgot to turn my watch off again when I stopped. Ligh lower body weights.
Ran a long Canal road towards the Old Barn. Just nice and easy with a an average pace of 9:11 with a total time of 19:20, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

It was to hot for me but I battled through it the best I could, I felt pretty good though the Half but then I really started to struggle after 15. But I finished and that was all I was hoping to do. It will be my 10th STG next year so I am going to get to work and try and do better and get back to where I was in 2019. More Consistant running and more long runs. It was still fun and the excitment was fun at the start. Time to let this old body heal up.
