I ran the Payson Park loop but I didn't extend to the park, my Achilles felt marginal but then again I haven't run since Thursday. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 53:45, not to bad time wise but my legs didn't feel strong by any means, I will be walking some of the marathon no doubt. I would like to just get more consistent, I think I might run the Snow Canyon Half the first part of November. I ran that race last year and I really liked the course.

I ran out to Gu Corner and then back to the house, I felt pretty old and tired and out of shape. I will just have to do my best to get through the marathon next week, I just want to get to the 10 year club so I just need to finish to get another one under my belt. My average pace was 8:40 with a total time of 1:11:46.
