Out to Mini Gu Corner and back via canal rod, Things started to loosen up on this one for a change. ITBand was lots better and the soreness in my right butt muscle was way tolerable, which was a pleasant surprise. My average pace was a bit better at 8:45 with a total time of 53:50, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. It was a good end to the week.
