Out to the T and back via canal road, on the last few I started to try and open up my stride and it seemed to lessen the pain in my Butt and down my leg... So I will try to run some strides each run and see if it will improve my form. I think I have over compensated and my messed up form is contributing to some of thise current issues. My average pace was still way slower at 9:39 with a total time of 40:30, I finished up with some lower body weights.
