Well, first run of the week and everything felt pretty good... My leg was not much of an issue but my dead legs were, they just have no zip to them at all so I must have lost a lot more fitness than I thought. My pace was real slow at 9:10 with a total time of 38:00, I did some one legged leg squats, two sets of 15 on each leg. I have decided to run try and train for the St. George half marathon in January, I am hoping that this well give me some motivation to start and try and be more consistent and help me to get out the door.
