Out towards Payson and back via canal road. I was a little clunky at first but then the legs seemed to loosen a little. My average pace was 9:16 with a total time of 58:13, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups.

Pretty little Hill extended. I did not feel good at all this morning. The legs were slow and no turnover at all. But I got her done and thats all that matters. My average pace was 9:37 with a total time of 59:32.

Payson Canyon with Bigfoot. My average pace was 7:55 with a total time of 1:03:26, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and some pushups. Legs weren't to bad.

Just mobbin on canal road. My average pace was 9:21 with a total time of 48:41, I finished with some upper body weights and some pushups. The first mile was pretty rough but then the legs loosened up some which helped.

Gu Corner and back and then I added a few more when I got back to the house. My average pace was super slow at 9:46 with a total time of 1:39:01, I finished with some lower body weights. I did not feel good at all and I just did my best to get through it...
