Pretty Little Hill Exttended. The legs were a little tired still from the Saturday Long run but I stayed with it the best I could. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 1:03:40, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.

Harrys Hill Via Mount Loafer School, I was a little tired on this one but I got her done. My average apce was 9:05 with a total time of 1:05:05, I had 1 MP mile on the way down Harrys Hill 7:46. I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups.

I really struggled with this one today. Legs were super tired and just really had nothing towards the end. But, I got her done! My average pace was 9:11( it felt like I needed an Ambulance) My total time was 2:28:02. I had nothing left.
