Out towards Payson and back via canal road. Was clunky most fo the time but I got her done. My average pace was 9:25 with a total time of 59:09, I finished up with some upper and lower body weights and then did a 20 minute cool down on the elliptical. It was a good workout.

Pretty Little Hill and then I cooled down for 20 minutes on the elliptical my average pace was 9:22 with a total time of 58:04.

Out to the river bottoms and back. I tacked on one more mile after returning to the house. I felt slow and clunky. Not fluid at all. Just did my best and get her done. My average apce was 9:42 with a total time of 1:48:01.... I hopefully will have a better week next...
