Payson Park loop and then I added a little more when i returned home. I felt a little tired and not super motivated this morning but I got her done. The last few miles felt a little more normal and fluid. My average pace was 8:48 with a total time of 1:11:57, I finished up with some upper body weights and some pushups.

I had just time for a short run. My average poace was 8:20 with a total time of 35:12. I had 2.25 MP miles at 8:03, 7:59, .25 7:51. I'm glad I was able to get a few miles in.

Payson Canyon with Bigfoot. I was a little faster than last week which was nice. My average pacew was 7:26 with a total time of 47:51, I finished up with some upper body weights. I liked the effort this morning but I noticed my quads were a little fatigue this week. But I'll take it. MP mile were like so. 7:46, 7:40, 7:23, 7:23, 7:10, 7:19, .45 7:17. Al ot better than I was last year at this time. I am very thankful.

Harry's Hill up. I felt good on this one. MP miles were 8:03, 7:13 downhill, 7:40 flat, 7:36 flat, .25 7:35. My average pace was 8:03 with a total time of 58:19. I should have done a long run this morning but I slept in and I couldnt seem to get bmy butt out the door. Next week I will be better. 13 Weeks to St George. I need to get those long runs in.
