Out to Payson Park and back via canal road. I felt pretty decent for a Monday. My average pace was 8:16 with a total time of 59:42. I had 2.25 MP miles. They were 8:05, 8:09, .25 7:49. I finished with upper and lower body weights. Its a good start to the week. It was a cool morning for almost the first of July! Snow on the tops of the mountains. Crazy weather.

Harry's Hill up. I just eased up Harrys this week and then I eased down woodland Hills drive to canal and then home. My average pace was 8:37 with a total time of 1:10:57, I had 1 MP mile on the downhill of 7:49. It was a cool morning again, It feels so nice.

Payson Park Loop extended. My old legs were a little tired this morning but I stayed with it and powered through. My average pace was 8:27 with a total time of 1:09:12, I finished with somer upper body weights and some pushups. It was agreat morning temp wise. First of July already. Time sure does fly!

Payson Canyon with Bigfoot. I felt pretty damn good. I hope this continues and I can stay injury free for the St George Marathon. My average pace was 7:27 with a total time of 1:00:34, Lower body weights to finish up. My MP miles were as follows, 8:00, 7:46, 7:35, 7:30, 7:15, 7:15, 7:08, 7:08, .10 7:42... Pretty good for me and better than I was last year at this time. I am happy with the effort.

Elliptical for 20 minutes and then upper body weight training and then 1.15 miles on the treadmill. I'm goin g to try and incorporate anothge day of running in on Fridays with out injury. I 'll see how it goes.
