Out towards Payson and back. I felt a little better this morning, I'm still not burning up the road pace wise but at least i had a little bounce in my step. Upper body weights and then some push-ups to finish up. My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 1:03:36....
Harrys Hill Down. This route is always hard for me for some reason. My average pace was 9:16 with a total time of 1:06:55, I had 1.22 MP at 8:15, .22 7:32, I finished uop with some lower body weights and some push-ups.
Out to Mini Gu and back via canal road, my average pace was 9:10 with a total time of 56:23. I wasn't feeling it this morning but I got her done, I finished up with some upper body weights and some push-ups. The last few Wednesdays I've had a tough time getting out the door but I powered through it this morning.
Payson Park Loop but I cut out the rollers. This run was a like a death march but then the last few miles I just tried to engaged the legs a little and then the pace was a little better. Still not great but better than it was. My average pace was 9:30 with a total time of 1:08:15, I finished up with some lower body weights and some push-ups. I'm glad I was able to get out this morning.
Usual route on Saturday. I felt a little better this week. I had more energy and my pace stayed pretty steady. I was tired by the end. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 2:07:46, 14 was about my max at this point.
