| Afternoon run out to Payson and then back past the Stake Center to add a little more on all on canal road. A little slow but I really wasn't looking for pace today I just wanted to make sure I got in a run. My average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 57:08, it was a beautiful night time run and I'm glad I got out.

| Morning run out past the Stake center. It was a serious death march! I have had some rough runs in my career but not like this, not for a while anyway. My average pace was 9:40 with a total time of 39:40, like I said it was a very rough run. After getting back to the house I jumped in the hot tub, I hope that will help my legs recover.

| I ran after work today and my legs felt a lot better than they did yesterday, pace was still slower than what I would like it to be but I feel like I am going in the right direction. I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house, my average pace was 8:51 with a total time of 54:02. I ran into my Brother and we caught up for a bit.

| I crawled up Harry's Hill this Morning and then crawled back to the house the same way, I have really last a lot of fitness just from November. Oh well, I have only myself to blame, I hope I can get it back so I can at least finish the SGM in the fall. My average pace was slow at 9:38 with a total time of 1:00:09.

| I had a really positive run this morning, it started out slow and difficult, average pace on the first 4 miles were 9:30, but the last 6 miles were in the 8:30 range with the last 2 miles being the quickest and the strongest, those miles were 8:20 and then 8:07. I felt like I could have gone more so that is a good sign that my old self is still in there I just have to stay consistent and it will come back. My average pace was 8:55 with a total time of 1:32:52, I'm really happy with this week and I just have to keep this up and I'll get back to where I was.
