Harry's Hill up and down. I felt pretty good considering I did a leg workout yesterday. My average pace was 8:28 with a total time of 1:01:21, I finished with some upper body weights. MP miles were as follow, 8:08 uphill/downhill, 7:42 downhill, 7:51 flat, 7:41 flat, .25 7:44. pretty good. A little faster than last time. Upper body weights to finish up.
