I ran out past Mini Gu and then half way up to Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road. I felt pretty good again today and pace was quicker like it was on Thursday so that was a nice surprise. The plan is to add a mile each week to my Saturday long run until I get up to 10 or 11 miles and then just hold it there for a while, I don't want to go to far to soon and injure myself. My average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 1:01:02, that was a perfect time as my goal today was to run just over 60 minutes and I was able to do it.
