Harrys Hill up! I felt good on the upohill and the downhill and pretty good on the flat too. I had some MP miles again today. 7:53, 8:15, 8:05, 8:04, .20 8:14. Upper and lower body weights and pushups and some band work. Another good week. Hopefully I can stay improving and getting stronger. My average pace was 8:43 with a total time of 1:11:54. I felt like I couldv'e kept going which means I am getting stronger.
