PRs: Fleet Feet Turkey Trot 5k- 19:46;  St. George Marathon  3:07:11(2013-- coming back from the dead)  Utah Valley Marathon 2011- 3:09:13 : D  1st place Master Division, 7th Overall; Mt. Nebo 1/2 Marathon 2011- 1:19:35- 2nd Overall,  first master. Ogden Marathon 3:14  (2010); 10K 2011 Speedy Spaniard 40:47.  I have run 38 marathons: 16 St. George (1995, 2006-2019, 2024). Utah Valley (2011, 2014), Eiluj (2011), Deseret News (2015: 3:40 pacer  & 2023),  Ogden (2009, 2010), Boston (1996,2012,2014,2018, 2024)Top of Utah (1999, 2011 pacer), and SLC (2006,2015), Pocatello (3:40 pacer 2012),park city marathon 3:41:53 (2013), and Big Cottonwood pacer (2017,2018),  Nebo Marathon 340 pacer (2024)Timp trail marathon (2021) and three Ultras-Squaw Peak 51.25 miler 2010 in 12:05:27 (9th woman) and  Antelope Island  (32 miler) in  March 2011 (4th overall in 5:10:25) and in 2009.

Pine hollow up a mile. Dark. 7:08 am. 9:59. Steep. Then down to car.  Amber Tanner Zach and Daphne.  They had to walk to trail head from pine 713/6:58/6:56/824/834/733/708/718/725/713/701/652/0.56 at 6:54 pace. 7:34 avg for the 13.56

Work yesterday too tired to go today.  Also worked a couple hours Tuesday for Michelle.  Amber started seeing Kyle Sunday night long talk.  Out late. Tuesday made cookies. Played games. Party at friends. Good things to happen love Fall.  Got my new phone x.  Yup. Got rid of old iPhone 6!  Keep it as a back up.   Worked for me 8 years !

8:08 avg.  Glen canyon park. Run 0.9 down then up to south fork with Julie Kim and Melody.  Quick pace. Cold!  Decided to be over bc didn't sleep much last night. 2.5 hours !  Amber home at 4 am !  I was up at 330 am after 130 to bed falling asleep a little before then rewatching Byu soccer.  First round NCAA v Utah state.

Worked weekend. BYU women won sat night.  Ncaa third round.  Went with Dave and Linda.  Today went ti gym with amber. Super bloated nauseated.  Indigestion.  Belching.  Nothing ti eat 20 hours. Kyle over dinner last night.   Amber and him read scriptures.  Made salad together.  Played trek to Zion. Watched the chosen.   Then left ti his house ti play games.   8:28 avg on mill. Some speed play at end. Started at 6.5 mph.

Disney arrived 1230. To park at 2.  Check in 530 pm.  Back to park.   Then four more days. Stayed at Cambria with David Brooke Troy. Courtney amber.  Great time.  Amber and I would jog back lol for the mile.  Did Disney California them Disneyland then California then Disneyland for those four days.  Stayed until 110 am.  Nearly kicked out.  Security closing in.
