3:52AM- Tour de Bloomington.
Best run for my marathon training, just had to wake up early enough to get it in. Had a goal of hitting 2 hours starting out at 8 min miles and working my way down to lower 7s. Hit a 7:49 2nd mile and just kind of rolled from there. Wanted to negative split and have the last mile as my fastest. Think I hit all my goals. Turned the Bloomington Loop into a crazy tour of so many roads in Bloomington. Hit 14 miles at around 7:20 pace. Love the Endorphins for this run. Feel like next weekend will go well as long as I run to my training.
Almost cleared to run. Set a goal of only running the marathon if I was in the 170s. Hit 181 this morning.
PM- Always a great time at the Cedar Invite. Took it slow and cheered on the fast kids. 2.72 miles
