I felt pretty good, just disappointed in my 1200 and 1600 efforts.

Ran our 5k time trial course and then an additional 3 miles.
Did a team time trial and I was very complacent and not proud of my efforts. I ran like a 19:06. With a 5:49, 6:50, 6:19 splits.
