AM: Easy run to Middleton. I run slow but thats ok on the morning "easy runs". 6.40 miles.
PM: 6 uphill 400s and 6 uphill 200s.

AM: Grass running
PM: Practice was cancelled so I did a little running with some of the girls on the team but only like 4 miles. That rain got nutz.
I ran all around the riverside trail.
Sunrise-artic circle- bike trail run. Had to run through a mud river
Did a tempo 5 miler. I had to go poop the whole time. Ran a 33:57. Some of the guys on the team ran in the 26s. Should be a great season.
This a rough estimate on my distance but if anything I might have gone further. We ran out on the bear claw poppy trail. I ran by myself because I was too slow for the top runners and too fast for the women. I almost got lost at one point.
