AM- Out to the Hospital and back with the boys. Fell off the group at around 4.5 to get my breathing under control but eventually caught up. Dropped back to Laney and Katie for the last half mile to look for cats 🐈‍⬛. 6.38 miles, 7:34 mile pace 

PM- Prerace warm with girls then coach laps with the gang. 4.18 miles
