I ran the 8 miler trail run with Trev, Austin, Corey, and Coach. 4X200s after: .32, .30, .34, .30
I missed practice today because I was making a young women movie for my mom. So I got out after some Frisbee and ran 5.
I missed practice again but I went and ran the workout on the bike trails because I hate running on the track. 4X1200s, 4X800s with a 400 jog in between. The wind literally blew me away the freaking time.

Ran the shoe run with the team today.
