AM- Headed to the Bloomington Roundabout and hopped on the trail. 2 mile warm with my own speed workout. 400 recovery in between.

PM- Hiked Red Mountain with my bros. Then had heart burn so I took a nap. I grudgingly went on a Hell Hole run with G, S, and M. George and I ran some 40s after our run. 4.46 miles
