Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
AM: Made it to an early morning practice. I wasn't ready for a full 70 minute so I settled for 38 minutes. 4.25 miles
PM: Easy 25 with the gang. 3.20 miles
I didn't get up early enough to meet up with the team so I did my own quick run before I had to get ready for school.
45 minutes with some kids then I ran with Dakota and Caleb. Once I got home I ran 2 miles with Marieta. 7.24 miles
AM: Weights and 15 minute loop. Felt tired but good. 1.78 miles
PM: Fire House fun with the crew. We split up at the Jr cave initiation and ran through Washington. 4.56 miles
Started from my house and up on the ridges south of Desert Hills. Stopped and watched the track meet. Afterwards I ran home through desert and back home. Feels good to be doing adventure runs again. 6.64 miles
Mud/Snow running up on the mtn with my Dad. 5.75 miles
