Back in action! Ran an easy 2 with my Dad. Leg is feeling alright, I guess. I just need to drop the pounds. Love being back in Utah.
I ran a really really slow 5 with my bro Jake and my hopefully future sis-in-law. I want to go faster but I think it is better at this point to get more milage in, even if I have to go extremely slow.
