Ran out to Dino Cliffs with some of the team. I probably shouldn't be running at all but I get really bored.
Ran 3 miles coming down from the Eagle Crag hike. I probably shouldn't have but everyone I went on the hike was so I followed. My calf problem is almost non-existent. Now I think I have a stress fracture in my foot. Why can't I get a break?
