Be the 1st male athlete to run all 4 years at Dixie State University. Done!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
I ran slow miles in the Green Springs Desert. It was super windy and I almost stepped on a turtle. My calf is still bugging me but I will just take it easy.
I ran on the bike trail until I saw some deer. I wore compression socks and it seemed to help my calves.
Ran a mile to the PV track, ran a mile there and then back home.
Ran the Great Race course at the college with my Dad, and some teammates.
I just wanted to run to keep my streak going for the week.
