Red Cliffs Reserve with the team. Ended running most of the run with Pyper, Brooklyn, and Brinley. The time went by fast and the conversation was good. We even came across the dinosaur tracks on accident. Added 5 with Scottie and Holt. 10.27 miles

AM- Middleton and up into Green Springs before pairing up with the girls. 6.80 miles 

PM- Warmed up with the girls before their 1600 just to find out the meet started at 4. So I had an hour to burn. I ran to the hills (killed a prairie dog with a rock en route). Ended up heading up the C Trail for a little bit. I will return another day. 5.89 miles

AM- Weights and 30 mins running. 10+ with the girls. I tried to sleep in this morning but I can't sleep in past 5:30 anymore. Probably a good thing so I can better reach my goals. 3.67 miles 

PM- Green Springs with the chicas. Caught up with Alli, Brinley, and Jenna. 6 strides and a little extension on my own. 6.41 miles

PM- Warm up with the girls before their 16. Cool down with the boys after their 16. Jogging around Hurricane to tell kids they aren't in relays (+.15) 3.12 miles

AM- Headed to the Bloomington Roundabout and hopped on the trail. 2 mile warm with my own speed workout. 400 recovery in between.

*I planned on doing another 1200 but made a deal with myself that if I went sub 3 on my last 800 then I wouldn't have to do a 12. 
 

PM- Hiked Red Mountain with my bros. Then had heart burn so I took a nap. I grudgingly went on a Hell Hole run with G, S, and M. George and I ran some 40s after our run. 4.46 miles
