Took 2 days off running because of busy PV Invite and sick family. Glad to get something in today. I’m pretty fussy when I don’t run. Warm up with girls then coach laps. AJ joined us for a little bit. 4.3 miles
I take forever to warm up before I can run without a lot of discomfort. Mixed in with the boys this morning. I stayed away from the speed. I occasionally joined the girls and tried to help Katie and Venessa on the last 300. 6.37 miles
AM- Barely missed the kids as they ran off towards AC. Caught the boys on the return trip. I need to find a rhythm. 2.67 miles
PM- Good run with the girls talking about life. Mistakenly tried to guard Pablo in some football. I’ll blame the hernia for my slow reflexes. 4.22 miles
AM- Felt really off but crossed paths with Metler so I picked up my pace a little bit to run with him for a little bit. 5.59 miles
PM- Ran to get the civic from D Hells. Feeling run down but still had a good time. Gas station clerk said I should be in beard commercials, so there’s that. 3.65 miles
AM- Wal-Mart Hobo run with trail extensions. Did 17x1 minute pick ups so I could get the legs moving. Got attacked by a chihuahua or Yorkie dog. Two of them were racing after me and one of them ran into my foot, almost tripped me up. 7.41 miles
AM2- Art Attack Mile
Ran with my nephew James and niece Charli. 1.01 miles
PM- Wanted a little more so I did the 2 mile loop. 2.01 miles
