So I lost my voice over the weekend and my legs kept cramping. I only worked the Lake to Lake Relay but I felt worse than when I have ran it. Got out just to run today.
Ran out by Ice House and buried my 11 month beard, R.I.P.
Ran out in the fields and my achilles hurt so I tried crossing the river and slipped in some swamp before I even got to the river.
Not a big fan of the course. It is just tough and doesn't get easier. I threw up right after I finished but I beat Ross.
