Run from Ross’s to the school then up to Dixie Rock. Ended up with the freshman gang. Fun crew hitting some fast times. Circled back for the girls. Then back to Ross’s to retrieve my car. Beautiful weather! 10.53 miles
AM- First weekday morning run in a while. Navigating the fog with the boys. 3.22 miles
PM- Jumped in with Miles and da boys, then with Samantha, and fast lap with Kyler, Daddy T, and Carson. My shin hurt so I took a couple of ice hits from Porter. Mixed in with Laney and cool with girls. 6.28 miles
Snuck in some random sections before meeting up with the team. Ran with the boys until the main drag then with the girls from there. Perfect weather conditions made for a fun run. 8.73 miles
Slow run in the desert. Right foot was kind of hurting, slowed me down. Stopped my watch on some of the views and forgot to start. So probably add .3 to the distance. 7.87 miles
AM- Ran with Ross down by the river. Had some Canadian geese staring down at us from the cliff tops. Ran 91 for the 2nd half of the run and ran part of the Sun Marathon course. 7.08 miles
AM2- Ran home from Buck’s Ace. Hit my 10 mile wall again. 5.34 miles
