AM- Weights then jog. Body was telling me to take it easy and jog. Rest up for the afternoon. 1.3 miles
PM- Back Grass. A little late on the warm up. Caught up with Samantha. Hit back grass mainly with the same crew. I'd shave a minute off most intervals so I could stay with the kids. A little warm but not the worst. 6.93 miles
